Our Story
Marottichal is a picturesque village located in the Thrissur district of Kerala, India.
The village is renowned for its lush forests and diverse Flora and Fauna, and tranquil back waters. The marottichal forest area part of the Western Ghats mountain range is rich in bio diversify and is home to a variety of medicinal plants and herbs. These plants used in traditional Kerala medicine (Ayurveda).
Marottichal natural beauty and rich herbal resources make it a valuable area for both environmental conservation and the preservation of traditional medicinal knowledge..
An initiative like this was started with the thought of how to use these herbs that are abundant in every season in a way that is useful to others..
